How to configure Outlook for Mac (Office 365 / 2021 / 2019 / 2016)

  1. Open Outlook for Mac.

  2. Go to Outlook ? Preferences ? Accounts.

  3. Click the + icon ? New Account.

  4. Enter your email address ? Continue.

  5. If auto configuration fails, select Not Exchange? ? IMAP.

  6. Provide:

    • Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com, Port: 993, Encryption: SSL/TLS

    • Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com, Port: 465 or 587, Encryption: SSL/TLS

    • Username & password: full email address + password

  7. Save and close. Outlook will begin syncing.
