Open Outlook ? File ? Account Settings ? Account Settings.

On the Email tab ? click New.

Select Manually configure server settings or additional server types ? Next.

Choose Internet E-mail ? Next.

Fill in:

Your Name: (display name)

Email Address:
name@domain.com -
Account Type: IMAP (recommended) or POP3

Incoming Server:
mail.domain.com -
Outgoing Server (SMTP):
mail.domain.com -
Username: full email address

Password: your email password

Click More Settings:

Under Outgoing Server tab: check “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”, then choose “Use same settings as my incoming mail server”.

Under Advanced tab: set ports/encryption:
Protocol Port Encryption IMAP 993 SSL POP3 995 SSL SMTP 465 or 587 SSL/TLS
