How to configure Exchange / Microsoft 365 Business Email (Windows & Mobile) Print

If your mail service is via Microsoft Microsoft 365 or an Exchange Server:

  • On Windows: File ? Add Account, enter your email, then sign in with the Microsoft account or corporate credentials. Outlook uses AutoDiscover — no need to enter server names manually.

  • On mobile: Select Office 365 / Exchange in the add-account wizard, enter credentials, consent to prompts (if any), and finish.
