How to configure Outlook for Mac (Office 365 / 2021 / 2019 / 2016) Print

Open Outlook for Mac.
Go to Outlook ? Preferences ? Accounts.
Click the + icon ? New Account.
Enter your email address ? Continue.
If auto configuration fails, select Not Exchange? ? IMAP.
Provide:
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.domain.com, Port: 993, Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Outgoing Mail Server: mail.domain.com, Port: 465 or 587, Encryption: SSL/TLS
- Username & password: full email address + password
Save and close. Outlook will begin syncing.
