Automatic Setup (Preferred)

Open Outlook.

Click File ? Add Account.

Enter the email address (e.g.,
name@domain.com). -
Click Connect.

Enter the password when prompted.

If prompted for account type, select IMAP (recommended).

Click Done once Outlook confirms setup.
Manual Setup (If Auto fails)

File ? Add Account.

Enter email ? click Advanced Options ? Let me set up my account manually ? Connect.

Choose IMAP or POP3.

Enter server settings:

Click Next ? Done.
