How to Reset Your Client Area Password Print

If you forget your password for the Enet Online Solutions Client Area, you can easily reset it using the password recovery tool. This process allows you to create a new password and regain access to your account.

1. Open the Client Area Login Page

1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to the Enet Online Solutions Client Area login page:

2. Click “Forgot Password?”

1. On the login page, locate the Forgot Password? link.
2. Click the link to open the password reset page.

3. Enter Your Registered Email Address

1. Enter the email address associated with your Enet Online Solutions account.
2. Click Submit.

The system will send a password reset link to your email address.

4. Check Your Email

1. Open your email inbox.
2. Look for an email from Enet Online Solutions containing the password reset link.
3. If you do not see the email, check your Spam or Junk folder.
4. Click the password reset link provided in the email.

5. Create a New Password

1. After clicking the reset link, you will be taken to the password reset page.
2. Enter your new password.
3. Confirm the new password.
4. Click Save Changes to complete the process.

6. Login with Your New Password

1. Return to the Client Area login page.
2. Enter your email address and your new password.
3. Click Login to access your account.

Important Notes

• The password reset link is sent only to the registered account email address.
• The reset link may expire for security reasons. If it expires, simply request another reset link.
• Choose a strong password that includes letters, numbers, and special characters.
