Q: How do I register a domain under my client area with new contact details for the domain? Print

Option A: When logged in to your Client Area

 

  1. Login to your client area, https://www.enetonlinesolutions.net/portal/clients/clientarea.php
  2. Add the domain (and hosting if buying hosting from us) to the shopping cart
  3. Click Checkout button in the 'view cart' page
  4. Under the Domain Registrant Information, select "Add New Contact..." from the drop down list
  5. Select the payment gateway and read and agree terms of Service
  6. Click on Complete Order, the page will reload with fields to add Domain Registrant information
  7. Fill the accurate contact details for the domain owner. PLEASE NOT we shall not make contacts using this information.
  8. Select the payment gateway and read and agree terms of Service
  9. Click on Complete Order
  10. Your order will be completed and you'll be redirected to the invoice page to complete payments.

 

Option : When not logged in to your Client Area

 

  1. Add the domain (and hosting if buying hosting from us) to the shopping cart
  2. Click Checkout button in the 'view cart' page
  3. Click on "Click here to login"
  4. Fill your login email and password
  5. Click on Login button
  6. You will be logged in and redirected back to the checkout page. If not redirected, follow this link https://www.enetonlinesolutions.net/portal/clients/cart.php?a=checkout
  7. Under the Domain Registrant Information, select "Add New Contact..." from the drop down list
  8. Select the payment gateway and read and agree terms of Service
  9. Click on Complete Order, the page will reload with fields to add Domain Registrant information
  10. Fill the accurate contact details for the domain owner. PLEASE NOTE we shall not make contacts using this information.
  11. Select the payment gateway and read and agree terms of Service
  12. Click on Complete Order
  13. Your order will be completed and you'll be redirected to the invoice page to complete payments.
