M-PESA Integration Service Advisory

Be informed that M-PESA service faced technical issues today and this affected the integration services that we provide to you. Below is an official communication that we have received from Safaricom regarding the issue.

Subject: M-PESA Paybill Intermittency

Dear Customer,

We experienced service intermittency with PayBill payments that resulted in some transactions not being completed on M-PESA.

The technical issue has since been resolved and we continue to monitor the services closely. We apologize for any inconvenience that this disruption may have caused.

We advise that you check your M-PESA statement for any transaction that may have been skipped by the API.
