UPDATE: The issue was Fixed.

We are expriencing a problem connecting to the registry. The error affects the gTLDs i.e. .com, .org, .net, .biz. During this time, you'll not be able to do the following:
- Update Nameservers
- Toggle Registrars Lock
- Update Domain's Contact
To achieve the above functions, please contact us.
Note:
- All .ke domains have not been affected
- Emails have not been affected
- Servers uptime has not been affected
